I watched the video on how to dewinterize. We are going on our maiden voyage with our new GD2600RB this weekend and I don't want to screw it up. One of the 1st steps is to open the low point drains. But she never mentions them again in the video. When is the best time to close them?

(I haven’t watched the video) But, open the low point drains briefly while flushing the system with fresh water, to clear antifreeze out of these down tubes. Don’t worry, it is almost impossible to screw up dewinterizing. Just connect the water and flush everything until all antifreeze is purged out of the water system. Open every faucet (remember the outdoor ones if you have them) and the toilet flush.
