  • Not getting water to the tankless water heater

Hi all, I'm hooked up to city water and have the valves turned to the correct orientation for so. I have water coming out all faucets hot and cold sides but no hot water so I investigated. After finally taking the plug out of the Furrion Tankless Water Heater I found out there isn't any water in it. The flow valve is turned all the way to max (left). Any help will be appreciated! There might be a water heater bypass located at the rear of the water heater, the valves are turned to bypass the water heater. There should be a removable panel to access the rear of the Nautilus panel, or in some of the travel trailers there is a panel inside. Check where the water heater is located. If it is near or right beside the Nautilus panel then the access will be there. If it is near the sink or anywhere else check directly inside from the water heater.
