It seems like you have two things going on here. 1) the drain side of the gate valve has a leak and 2) the gate valve is now leaking . . . which is feeding the downstream leak. If you can get this piping dried out, a bead of silicone might be sufficient to seal the missing glue on the downstream side of the gate valve. This does not solve the leaking gate valve . . . which might require replacing the seals or the entire valve. And, there is still the issue of wet underbelly insulation to deal with. Have you pulled down the coroplast to get the earlier pictures?
