Lubrication of black and gray tank cables - Take II

    I take the cable and hand thread 1/2" pex on it then pour Boeshield T9 into the pex. T9 is a corrosion inhibitor and leaves a slight wax feel. It is thin enough to make it through the cable and drip out the other side.
    Easier when installing a replacement cable.
    Actuating the cable tends to push/pull the T9.

    I purchase T9 by the gallon and use us as my primary lubricant. Click image for larger version
