Why on the 2021 Reflection 300 RBTS, with the water heater 1 foot from the bathroom sink and the shower 5 feet from the water heater, does it take 4-5 minutes of cold water to get it hot. Is it because the hot water is routed to the front of the trailer,32+ feet to the unused washer hook-up , then back to the sink and shower. Causes lots of grey water flushing. Maybe could rethink the plumbing. But let it be known by all this is the best rig we have owned. Absolutely love the layout.

baldone04086 -- it shouldn't take that long for hot water to come from the sink or shower.
The only possibility I can think of is the handles to the faucet on the outside shower. If the exterior shower faucets are turned on (even if the shower is not delivering water) the hot water will mix with cold.
It's interesting that you have a Reflection but from what I can tell it does not have a Nautilus panel? (You'd know if it had one--five colored levers on a white panel in the pass-thru to direct water.)
