31G Momentum toy hauler, trying to confirm these valves

We had some nice weather and I crawled under the RV. I see two of these large white valves. I know from howson that this vehicle has two fresh water tanks. So, I'm guessing the large white valves are fresh water dump valves? And I'm further guessing that the blue hoses hanging down are overflow relief for the two freshwater tanks.

I'm just trying to confirm all this. I'm sure I could also test it if I get it pulled over to the house.

That is correct. A lot of owners put a valve on the blue over flow to stop the syphoning and sloshing effect that tends to drain some of the fresh water while traveling.
