Hard to move dump handles

I've been using CRC Food grade silicone for the dump valves as well as the spray hose connections. The reason for the dump valves is to avoid petroleum based solvents where I'm uncertain if that matters or not. Didn't want to take a chance. It is flammable so it may contain alcohol, but so far it frees them up.
