On the roof of a 2019 273MK fifth wheel, what is under the white cap next to the black plumbing vent?
The white cap does not appear to have any venting capability and is over the hallway going up to the bedroom.

Those are referred to as "ATTIC VENTS". They are there to help reduce the buildup of heat in the space between the interior ceiling and the roof of the unit.
