Hello all,
We have a 2020 Grand Design Reflection 312BHTS. We were packing up camp this last week and one of our slides stopped about an inch and a half short of coming in all of the way. The motor just made a whirring noise. The sides of the slide appeared even so I didn't think it was bound up. We drove it home since it was almost closed. When we were home we grabbled a couple of my son's buddies and tried to push and pull it while working the motor and it wouldn't move. I dug and found my manual crank and when using that it goes in and out with surprising ease. The motor sounds like it is running without any resistance, like it's got no gears to turn. I don't know the brand or model of slide system. I'm going to try to find my documentation. From online videos, I believe it's a rack and pinion style slide system.
Any thoughts?
