2019 297RSTS Kitchen slide out Roof and seal issues

The slide had been completely rebuilt by GD at their factory and additional rollers were installed by the factory to correct the issue with the slide. Just need new trim.

Being as Grand Design has repaired this slide once I would contact them with these pictures to see what their approach would be. I would guess that when they replaced the floor, making it thicker, this has raised the whole slide and is causing your issue. I would go this route before I go any further with deconstruction.
