Tire Linc on new Solitude not working

If it's a location issue, it should be pretty simple to disconnect the base or if they sent a new base, temp wire it up to a 12VDC source and see if you can get signal.

It turned out to be a location issue indeed. I powered the repeater as shown in the picture externally through a 12V battery. I first tried the location just outside the passthrough but only got 3 out of 4 tires learned. Then I moved the repeater right next to the tires and the learning process became extremely easy as the LCD display picked up each tire’s signal within a second. And then I plugged the repeater back to its base on the passthrough wall, so far after 5mins as I’m posting this, the LCD display is still showing all tires’ pressure info. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

I just bought a GD 736Rd with the same issue. I'll try this fix and see what happens.
