  • Valve Stem Caps

So I'm about to upgrade the tire valve stems on the trailer from the rubber ones to the GM TPMS ones. Anyone ever ran https://www.amazon.com/Gozens-26-80p...oQAvD_BwE&th=1 for a quick visual check on the tire pressures? Not expensive when you consider how much damage a tire can do to a camper in the amount of time it takes to slow down. No they are not a replacement for routine maintenance and proper checking, just a quick visual for the AM start and mid day stops.

I am not keen on adding any item to a valve stem that could potentially cause a loss of air pressure. I have the GM sensors installed and do a visual and the old "kick" test before traveling. I also revert to the GM display for the pressures. If needed I will manually check with an air gauge.
