You have to fill out the form and include specific pictures of the tires (showing the date code and brand/size, etc) as well as documentation of the purchase date of your trailer. Just follow the instructions on the form. If you do not have the damaged tires for the information and pictures...call Beth directly and discuss the situation with her.
She also told me that she could either send a replacement tire directly to me or she could send claim payment. Their warranty allotment is $105 per tire. ... She said the processes would take about four weeks, but I think I had the check in like two-ish weeks.
My next claim was the tire tread separation issue. ... Again I emailed her the night before, and she replied the next day by about mid-day. She said my claim was approved and asked me how many tires I had replaced. ... I told her that we had replaced all four tires to keep even age and wear across all our tires (we already had nearly 10,000 miles on the trailer) ... . Beth emailed back literally 5 minutes later and offered to send me payment for all 4 tires! She sent me a check for $420 ($105 per tire).
