I’m going to look for one of these and try to set it up the same way. I agree not having to use gas in most situations would be a big plus. I also like the ability to be able to dump gas in and go if needed. I planned to carry an empty Jerry can with me anyway when traveling so that I could fill and use it if I needed but prefer to rely on propane primarily. Eventually I want to max out Solar but cost wise for now the generator is a better value. Harbor freight sells a small “D” cell battery fuel pump that I already use at the house to pump from a fuel can to mower. Keeps the lifting and spilling to a minimum.
