Has anyone used acrylic to cover your batteries or to create a mount for your setup? If so, could you share, including where you purchased your materials and drilled your screwholes?
Thanks!

Acrylic for a cover may not be bad. Using for mounting other items to may be a problem. Acrylic may be "brittle" enough to not want to withstand a weight being supported by a few screws, especially thinner , under 1/2" maybe. I would stick with wood for mounting and maybe an Acrylic cover for looks.

Thanks Brian. I was thinking about something to just cover the batteries and other components to shield them from shorting, etc. What you say makes sense.
