    Hi Pierre,

I have the Bilstein 4600s on both the front and rear. The 5100s from what I understand are the same shock but are primarily used for lifted trucks. The ride height of my truck is still at its factory height where the bags are used to return it to its original unloaded height while trailering.

I went with the 5100's b/c they have a bit stiffer valving. My stock ones were completely shot.

I've run them before and like them over the stock ones. The 18 came with Rancho shocks and never was really impressed with them.
