Well due to work related travel I wont be using the RV until May 2024. In March of this year I removed the useless Dometic fridge and installed a 12v fridge ( awesome unit). My question is should I turn off the fridge or leave it on? I have solar and 315 amps of lithium in the rv so power is not an issue.

Giesis -- in addition to all the advice given in the previous posts, bring the battery home with you. With a Battery Tender (or equivalent) charge up the battery every other month or three to keep it ready for May 2024. Leaving it without any type of intervention will result in a dead battery by May 2024. There's a myriad of information on the internet--just google "lead acid battery self discharge rate" and you'll be reading for hours. (If it was just a season there'd be no need to recharge, but almost a year is too long IMO.)
I also suggest disconnecting the wires coming from the solar panels to the solar controller before disconnecting the battery. Read the controller's manual! A solar controller should have battery power before connection to solar panels, and the opposite is true, too, that solar panels should be disconnected from the controller before removing battery power. (That's why many of us have added a manual disconnect switch between the panels and controller input.) Remember that the input wires from the panels may have "live" voltage on them if the sun is shining. Best to cover the panels or disconnect in darkness. Cap and label the wires securely. Don't forget to take pictures, too, of how it's all wired so there's no "oops" when it's time to put it back together.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll be turning off the fridge.
I dont think the discharge is going to be a problem since I have lithium batteries. I usually keep them in the RV at around 40% DOD.2018 RAM 3500 Big Horn, CC SB 6.7 Cummins HO/Aisin
