I had to submit the warranty claims multiple times, the dealer was less than excited to help resolve issues. In the end they did replace fridge shelves, my TV and fix up my awning, but it was only because I kept bugging them about the issues. (I did pay a stupid guy tax because I did not understand how one of my dump valves worked). Anyway, I get an e-mail from Customer Service asking how my claims experience was.
