Purchased this Solitude as we got rid of our 303 Reflection back at the end of May. We used the 310 for 3 days in June when we noticed a cut in the theater sofa right after we purchased, the front jack was leaking, one of the tires had a flaw in the tread and the awning was pulling loose. After a long argument with our dealer Colerain-Indy about replacing the sofa. Colerain wanted to fix the 'leather', as we all know the furniture is poor quality to begin with. I contacted Jerry McCarthy and Brian Smith at GD and they agreed that the sofa would be replaced not repaired. I sent the pictures of the jack, tire, awning and sofa and got a case #. Colerain didn't do anything as far as ordering the parts or communicating with GD even though they claimed they did. I coordinated all the shipping to Colerain with LCI and GD.
What a PIA dealing with these guys, this is my 3rd camper purchased from Colerain-Indy and will probably be my last! They are happy to sell you a very expensive coach but fixing it is another story. Customer service isn't part of their business plan. All I got from the General Manager was lip service and a promise to have the service manager call me the next day, that was in July (crickets was all I heard) no one called.
Communication from GD to Colerain helped to get them off their duff as they weren't honoring their agreement with GD. I finally picked up my camper today after sitting for 2 months thanks to crappy service at Colerain_Indy.
As usual GD and LCI customer service was exceptional. I would never have got any of this done without their help and involvement.
We will see how arrogant the dealers are in the future as the RV market is on a down hill slide.
