Does anyone know if there is a comprehensive printed list of GD dealers in the country, or at least state by state? Preferably with address and phone numbers. As we are traveling from Maine to FL, it would be nice to know where the dealers are located - just in case of repair issues.

There is a 'Find a Dealer' feature on the GD website. Not sure how useful it would be as you have to key in a zip code or City.We encourage you to purchase your Grand Design RV from your local dealer for several reasons: Service Quality and service are the backbones of our organization and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the rare case that your Grand Design unit may need servicing, we want the process to be as quick and painless as possible. Your local dealer isMike & Lisa

It is highly unlikely that you would be able to get service work done by a Grand Design dealer, other than the one you purchased from. RV dealers have no obligation to service any trailer that they did not sell and usually refuse to do so . . . this is not like getting your truck looked after at the nearest GM dealer. Mobile RV service companies are usually the best bet and every campground can connect you to those with a good reputation in their area. It is always better to get repairs done by someone who's business is repairing RVs . . . rather than someone who's business is selling RVs. (in my opinion)

I was underwhelmed by the dealer locator on the GD website, so I thought I may be missing something as to locating dealers. As we have a GD dealer in the local area who is great for obtaining parts (I've never used them for service), I was thinking that if I was on the road and needed parts, a list of dealers would be good to have.Jon & Melanie Nichols
