We purchased a 2022 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS fifth wheel today. We were only provided one key for the trailer and the dealer said that is all Grand Design is providing and additional keys must be special ordered. Is Grand Design really only providing one key for their trailers?? Thanks.

It does not seem likely that Grand Design is only providing one door key . . . but, I don’t know this for a fact. Contact RV Locks https://www.rvlocksandmore.com/locks...placement-keys with the 3 digit number stamped on your door lock or on the key you have and they will quickly provide you with more keys at a very reasonable price.

Our 2022 came with 2 keys, they are identical and open all the compartments. I was given an additional key but it was not to anything in our camper. I purchased additional keys from the dealership for $7 each. No special order.Comment

I bought 3 extra sets of keys on eBay for $10-$12. One set in the truck glove box, one set bolted in an out of the way part of the trailer, one set for me and one for the wife while we are camping and an extra set I hook on my truck keys when we are on the road just to save me steps.John & Kathy

Our 2022 came with 2 keys. We changed the door lock to an RV Lock number pad so that we don't have to carry them for normal day to day operation. We keep a key (along with the stock key because it operates the storage compartments) in the glove box of the truck in case there is a battery issue or we decide we really need it while traveling.David and Deana

Mine came with four keys, but I think they only meant to give me two. There were two more in the black bag.

I would think that the mothership supplied two keys and somewhere along the line, one got lost. An email to Customer Service (with your VIN) will answer the question. Ours came with two.Jerry and Kelly Powell, with Halo, Nash, Reid, Cleo, Rosie, and the two newest additions Shaggy and Bella..

I contacted Grand Design and was told the trailer should have left the factory with two keys. Advised the dealership of this and was told that the person I spoke with at Grand Design was incorrect and the trailers are only coming with one key. A couple days later I received a call from the dealership telling me the second key is being placed in the freezer. No key in the freezer. A couple days later I receive a second key via UPS from Grand Design.Comment

We purchased in February 22, picked up in March. We got two “sets” of keys. Only one was a complete set, three keys. The other set had just the door key. We enquired with the dealer about getting the additional two keys to complete the set. We basically got the run around and we’re told they could order it. Nothing ever came from it.
I later found a website for replacement keys, since we misplaced a set. Rvlocksandmore.comCameron and Wendy, plus Artemis
