2021 toy hauler entry steps unfold while driving

Our entry steps have started partially unfolding while driving. Can't see anything wrong with them. Seem sturdy like always when using them. Ideas? Thanks!

Had a similar issue on my old trailer from bouncing as the steps were old and loose. I used a bungy cord wrapped around the fame to hold during travel. Worked well. But check for debris or screw backing out that keeps them from folding into the fully closed position.
