Decals Transcend

I have a 2021 Transcend 321BH. It was in KY for 1.2 years covered and now in FL for a year. The decals have already started to peel off the front. Any adivce? Is this supoosed to happen reguardless of locations? I also have a soft spot on the roof, back left corner by the ladder. Thanks.

I've seen this exact issue on several Transcends from that model year in the last few months. Suggest you email customer service at customerservice@granddesignrv.com.

Send photos of the damage along with your VIN in the email.
