Our door-side slide ski kept tearing on the inboard end. Two authorized dealer replacements lasted about a day each in 2022 and 2023. Was at the factory this year (2024) and they discovered a couple missing screws in the floor that allowed the floorboard to catch on the skis!
P.S. Our factory visit was scheduled 8 months in advance. We stayed at the nearby KOA for the 2-day appointment which allowed me to put my wife and 2 dogs in one of the KOA cabins while I took the trailer over to the new Middleburgh Customer Center at 6:00 am. (Yes, someone was there to sign me in.)
