Underbody black sealant

I am looking for the type of sealant used on the underbody of our campers, around the corroplast. I searched but couldn’t find anything.

I was wondering if anyone has used a spray on rino liner type material on the underbelly fabric? My spare tire dropped a bit and rubbed the underbelly a bit "raw". I have it covered w gorilla tape now but want something a bit more permanent.
