I am looking for advice on how to get Grand Design to reply to my emails, I realize I can call them but the list of issues I have with my 2023 trailer are something I want to get written replies too. Everytime I click request service it says its down for maintenance. I created an owners log in and sent an email that way and also to customer service, but they have not replied. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue, did you end up just calling it in? Im also wondering if anyone else has our model and has as many issues as we do or if we got the one built on a Friday 😏.we have the toyhauler 31G and its kind of like watching a bad movie, everytime we turn it on something else falls off or stops working. So let down, we wish we could return it.
