    I am looking for advice on how to get Grand Design to reply to my emails, I realize I can call them but the list of issues I have with my 2023 trailer are something I want to get written replies too. Everytime I click request service it says its down for maintenance. I created an owners log in and sent an email that way and also to customer service, but they have not replied. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue, did you end up just calling it in? Im also wondering if anyone else has our model and has as many issues as we do or if we got the one built on a Friday 😏.we have the toyhauler 31G and its kind of like watching a bad movie, everytime we turn it on something else falls off or stops working. So let down, we wish we could return it.
    Thanks for any advice.

      A lot of people have said dont waste your time with dealer and go straight to MFG.

        Welcome to the Forum.

        Contacting you dealer is always the first step in getting issues resolved that are under warranty.

          2023JUNKER -- a call to GD Customer Service (if no response from your dealer) is not a bad idea.

          If you'd like to tackle some of the issues yourself (what we do here on this forum), list ONE issue per thread (in the appropriate channel, please) and we'll do our best to help you fix it yourself (if possible).

              Contact your dealer. Even if this does not go well, Grand Design Customer Service will want to know that you tried this first. If you can make initial contact with GDCS by phone, get a “case number”. You can then build on this by email.

                If you are trying to go through MyGDRV on the new GD website it is a work in progress and does have some issues.
                Please go through your dealer or call customer service.
