  • Sink not draining

We are having trouble with the kitchen sink not drawing in the island of our 2024 337rls. It is not clogged.

Did you remove the trap under the sink?
Is it draining slow or gurgling?
Is the kitchen grey tank empty?

How do you know it's not clogged?

Right off the bat, I can think of three things that may cause this.

        1. The air admittance valve under the sink has failed. If it doesn't open, it will significantly affect drainage. Solution: Replace AAV.
        2. The holding tank is full. Have you pulled all three drain handles?
        3. There is debris in the plumbing. Most likely, it's stuck in the trap. Solution: unscrew the trap and physically examine it. Since it's a pretty new unit, it could be construction debris.
