How do I go about purchasing window cornices -I have one that completely broke and two more with a slat of wood that came off. Dealer won’t return my calls

Difficulty in contacting the dealer is not unheard of.
Since you have a 2020 unit, you are most likely covered under warranty. If so, Grand Design will typically send you the parts at no charge if you're willing to do the labor yourself.
You can contact GDRV customer service at 574-825-9679. When you call, they will need to have the Vehicle Identification Number for your rig. And if you want to call to go very smooth, you can look up the part numbers yourself. Here's how to do that:
Go to Granddesignrv.com
Click on "Owner Support".
Under the "Service and Warranty" tab, click on "Parts Lookup".
Your parts are probably under the "interior" tab. It may require a little bit of poking around, but you should be able to find the correct parts.
