Remove sliding toy box in 308bhts

How do I remove the toy box In 308bhts from its rails? Sometimes it needs to be the grandkids’ room. Sometimes it needs to be a sewing room. I have received a response from GD saying it is not recommended because of wear and tear, but I still need to do it maybe once a year. Is there a lever I cannot locate like on kitchen drawers? Or some other technique that I cannot figure out.

First - I'm guessing on my response since I don't have that feature.

If the box is mounted to rails like a drawer, there are two black plastic tabs located on the rails. You can see them when the box is pulled out. Push one tab up, and the other down. Keep holding them in this position. The box should be able to slide all the way out once you've moved the tabs out of the way.

I have removed my drawers dozens of times and I've never experienced any wear and tear doing so.
