  • Stabilizing Jack Malfunction w/ LCI Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System

    The street/drivers side stabilizing jack no longer extends on our 320G 5th wheel toy hauler. It is getting an electrical signal because you can hear it engage and see the round plate on the bottom move, but it does not extend. The curb/passenger side stabilizing jack extends and retracts normally. The rig is 5 months old so I assume the issue would be covered under warranty, but thought I would ask the forum for input. Thank you.

    Sounds like a broken shear pin or something similar if you can hear the motor running.
