Furrion W/H flashing -0

Hey there,

My Furrion on demand heater is flashing -0 on the display screen, has this happened to anyone?

We lost power for 4 days due to storms and it was only running off battery power. We are plugged back to shore power but the light is still flashing. Thanks for any help you got.

That's an odd indication. Known error codes below:





If you have a multimeter and know how to use it (safely!), is there 12vDC at the heater? (Pic below from an installation presentation provided by Lippert.)

Before going too deep into trouble-shooting, I'd try a hard reboot first.
1. Disconnect from shore power
2. Disconnect DC voltage from solar controller and battery.
3. Wait 5 minutes.
4. Reconnect and see if the error cleared.

it appears the manual has changed from what is posted (at least the description):

It states to turn off the HWH outside (black switch behind the cover), wait 5 seconds, then turn back on. Thankfully this is much easier than the reset posted by Jim (save that should you not have desired results the first time).

Note that appliances do strange things when voltage drops below a certain level.

Even though you are on shore power what is the battery voltage?
