Outstide Temperature

I have a 2021 Momentum 376THS the one control shows -degrees out side no temp. The heat pump is only blowing cold air the actual temperature out side is 50 where is the external thermostat? i believe the heat pump is not coming on because if it see below 40 degree the system will not come on.

External temp sensor will have no affect on the heat pump. It's measured within the unit.

I can't see it on the publicity shots, but I suspect that there is a wall mounted thermostat/control somewhere in the living area. Have you tried operating the heat pump/ac from here? If you have and still have no heat then I would begin to suspect a wiring issue or possibly a bad heating element.
