Winegard Air 360+ and Galaxy 1000--could use your feedback

Hi everybody~

We're new to the GD family. Bought a new 337RLS Reflection--which we love, and will love more when we can get the sharp screws in the bedroom carpet fixed. Took it on the maiden voyage and while out we installed the Galaxy 1000. We had some issues because there was a loop instead of a power wire, but we got it set up. We think. We were in a part of the Oregon coast where we couldn't get a signal on our phones, and the park's wifi was nonexistent. We were able to get decent service at night (for being online and non-streaming), but during the day we couldn't connect. We also couldn't pick up any tv stations at all with the Air 360+. I'm wondering if anybody has insights into whether it was an issue with the equipment, with the location, or something it could have been something we did or failed to do. We were just outside Pacific City, Oregon. Thank you!

Did you turn on the booster switch (it's behind the living room TV) prior to scanning for channels? On my trailer the booster has a small red push button.

The pic below shows mine without any cables attached (TV is the upper connection). Red light = "On".
