Same problem.. refrigerator draws so much power that this 3 month duration and the batteries are again down to 7V. Refrigerator is off. I shut it off and batteries are showing 7V. So of course now the new batteries should be charging but they are not. Any suggestions. My dealer appointment is 6 weeks out. There has to be a dealer fix for this design defect. What are people seeing that do not have solar?
Are you dry camping? Sitting in storage while relying on the battery to keep the fridge running for weeks? Do you know if your converter is charging the battery?
So you have a multimeter and familiar with its use?

Hi! Our dealer tried to sell us extended warranty on our new Reflection based on horror stories about the 12V Fridge. Any experience or advice with extended Warranties? Also what does the Furrion 2 year warranty cover. Is it any good?

We have a warranty but decided to control our own destiny with our fridge. When we bought our 2022 280RS we IMMEDIATELY had issues with the Furrion fridge that came installed. Dealer trips resulted in no fixes to our liking. It simply would not cool enough to keep food cold. We had a Dometic fridge in the 2022 23LDE TT we traded that worked like a champ on our trip out west and back. So we bought the exact same Dometic fridge and had it installed. I told dealer they could keep the Furrion for use as a cattle trough. The new Dometic fridge has been working well (knock on wood, no jinxing). The only issue we have is that the Dometic depth is a littl emore than the Furrion and the slide pulls it into the kitchen island, so close we had to remove the metal protruding cabinet door handles, but we don't miss them. Also, we turn off the fridge with inside switch after camping before slide comes in, so we can't turn it on to start cooling until we are at the campsite on next trip. I may look into an inline switch leg to give me the ability to power it up with the slide in. My next RV will have the fridge positioned out of the island path so we can open the fridge with slide pulled in.
