Battery operated interior fridge fan

Has anyone used one of these battery operated interior fridge fans?
are they effective to maintain temperatures?
Looking for something simple to use. It seems logical to circulate the cool air.

Yes, I have always used two of them at the bottom of the fridge and they do seem to help cool evenly. One of the biggest challenges with absorption refrigerators is air circulation and these work!

We also use a battery operated refrigerator fan. We find that this helps to cool things quicker and as stated by kcgaz, it seems to keep things more consistent in temperature.

We use a remote temperature sensor that we place inside the refrigerator to monitor temp and to allow us to know when the fridge is ready for us to load our perishables when loading the rig for travel. We place the temperature base/monitor in our stick and frame house when we have the rig outside and are loading contents for our trip. This has eliminated the guessing game of whether the fridge is to temp and ready for contents.
