We are new owners of an Imagine 2970RL. The travel lock mechanism on the flat screen TV in the living room is hard to lock. When I push on the trim around the screen to lock the TV in place, it is pulling the trim away from the TV causing a white line to appear at the top of the screen. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lock the screen in place without putting so much pressure on the screen’s trim? Thanks

73Mach -- there are so many variations of hardware (due to supply issues) pictures of the mechanism and TV will help someone here help you. If there's a make and model of the mount on the hardware that would be very helpful information.
