Finally heard from Furrion support, they can ship me the part. It sure would be helpful if they had an online parts identifier and order system.

Finally heard from Furrion support, they can ship me the part. It sure would be helpful if they had an online parts identifier and order system.

They were recently acquired by Lippert. Hopefully, they will improve their support for retail customers in the future.

Turned out to be a simple process once communication was established. I suppose I've just gotten used to ordering online without having to discuss it with a human.
