IRV62 Radio display goes dark

The display on the iRV62 system in our Reflection 295RL is dark and I can find no way to turn it back on. Anybody have magic words I can use?

Try performing a "factory default restart".

Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The unit will shut off. Then, press the "on" button to power the unit back up.
If this does not work, check the fuse which may be located behind the unit.
If still inoperative, contact GDRV for customer service at 574-825-9679. You'll need your trailer's VIN when you call.

I've tried the things you've suggested. There is no sign the fuse is bad and the only part of the unit tha appears to be non-functional is the display. I hope the GD customer service folks get back to me on this. I'm in a waiting queue. 🙄
