Furrion tankless water heater freezing

This thread has me second guessing how I winterized my unit this weekend. I followed the directions in the documentation pertaining to the tankless water heater exactly and didn't do anything with this "red knob". I used air to blow the system out and then I used antifreeze.

Now I'm not sure if what I did will suffice.

The red knob is regular maintenance and not necessarily related to winterizing, but its a good time to exercise it. The main thing when winterizing is to use anti freeze and pull the water heaters drain plug while pumping anti freeze to make sure you get it throughout the unit, there are a few "dead end" lines that if you do not pull the drain, anti freeze will not get to.
