Replacing the interior Pancakes lights

I would like to replace the pancake lights in the interior of our 5th wheel, I find them cheap and ones above the bed are quite dim, some have switches on them and they are 3 1/2 & 4 1/2 sizes.

and they are not the mousetrap style
