This seems to not be going any place that is producing a productive outcome.

fdny136 have you contacted your selling dealer? If they are too far away have you asked Grand Design to send a mobile tech?

I am thinking that this should be covered under warranty and should be repaired or actually installed the way it should have been from the factory , this was not done in the first place.

I have not contacted them. I will trace it and repair myself. I already straightened out all the sloppy wiring underneath . Next I will inslulate and deal the underbelly properly

Ok so I traced out the wiring that supplies power and ground to the tank heaters and they are white with red tracer, white with a brown tracer and white with an orange tracer those are the 12v posite supply and solid white was the negative or common.
