This seems to not be going any place that is producing a productive outcome.
fdny136 have you contacted your selling dealer? If they are too far away have you asked Grand Design to send a mobile tech?
I am thinking that this should be covered under warranty and should be repaired or actually installed the way it should have been from the factory , this was not done in the first place.
