  • A/C stopped working

260RB Transcend Xplor - Bought it new in April from General RV. went camping twice all good. it stays plugged in when not in use in a covered garage with A/C on 85 to keep it circulating the air. Went out to it July 20th and A/C was off, tried resetting everything but no power to the unit, thermostat had power. General RV tech T/S to the A/C controller in the unit overhead. my question is has anybody else had this problem and what could have caused it? Furrion A/C

Hi klingda1 - Are all your other 120 volt items such as the television and microwave working correctly?

Is your Transcend a 50 amp unit, or a 30 amp unit? What type of power source are you plugged into?

Have you tried turning off all the circuit breakers in your unit, then turning them back on? If not, please try it to see if this will reboot your AC.

Do you have a meter, and do you have the skills to safely check the voltage at the AC itself?

Also, I'd disconnect the power at both the pedestal and the battery, then reconnect them. This will allow the thermostat and any related controls to reboot.
