Heat duct routing/crushed... also, is this a water valve? Behind drawers?

So I pull out the drawers in the bedroom of my new 315G, and I see the only heating duct leading to the bedroom....crushed beneath drain pipes from
bathroom sink.. Trying to get a pic... unbelievable that someone would do this, it is crushed down to about 1" How in the heck am I supposed to fix this?
Also found what looks like a fresh water valve behind them, what is that for?

That looks like the vacuum breaker for the black tank flush. It will sometimes release a small amount of water, but should not leak substantially unless there is an issue.

Thanks, makes sense. Hopefully it doesn't leak, have to pull drawers to see,
