Hot water heater trouble

I feel stupid asking put I have a 2023 imagine 2600rb and I can’t seem to get any hot water. Is there a valve I need to turn to get water to the heater? It seems to be slightly warmer if I use gas but nothing when on electric.

If you have outside dual temperature water spigot, check that both valves are completely closed. After that, find and check that the winterize valve is not closed or partially closed.

I do not have you model of trailer so not familiar with the accessories and HWH valving, but these are quite common and happen to a lot of us (even the seasoned) at times.

According to the GDRV website, your 2023 Imagine 2600RB is equipped with a Tankless water heater. It only works on gas and does not have electric heating. I'm attaching a copy of the water heater owner's manual in case you can't locate the copy that should have came with the trailer.
