  • Water Regulator?

Not sure what this is. Located under bathroom sink and is leaking.

I think it's a check valve to prevent back flowing to the rest of your water system. Where/how is it leaking? Is it a connection or the unit itself? You'll probably just need to replace it.

That is actually the black tank flush back flush prevention valve. This works with you black tank flush on the Nautilus panel. These "spurt" out a little water at every use, and are also know to leak, especially in the horizontal position. Most are mounted vertically, the cap you have in your picture should be up. They are easily replaceable and found on line or at your local RV shop.

Yes, it was mounted vertically with a set screw and tie. Just enough of a leak to be a nuisance. Will get it replaced. Thanks for the feedback.

I replaced mine with this from the get go knowing it would fail at some time. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It is important to recognize that small leaks are part of normal operation per information from the device manufacturer. This is because it takes approximately 8 psi water pressure to close the vent. As pressure builds from zero or drops to zero, there will be a brief time when there is water present at pressure below the closing pressure.

This potential leak is made worse by those who leave a hose connected to the black tank flush line and just turn off the pressure at the post. The water in a hose laying in the sun will increase in volume but never reach 8 psi. This water expansion will come out the vacuum break vent.
