I drag raced, ride side by sides, and now camping. Have found that people with the same hobby are willing to help you with your problems.

I have the 21g as well, 2021 model. I see the red and blue low point drains under the camper, but where are the valves to open them exactly? Thanks

There are no valves on the low point drains on that model. There are caps screwed in to the end fitting. You can add valves if you wish, plenty have.

When you remove the caps to drain the system, watch for where the seals are. Sometimes they stay with the cap, sometimes they stay with the fitting . . . and sometimes they go rolling down the driveway .

If you don't already keep a spare set of seals, you may consider getting a bag (typically they come 10 in a pack) https://www.amazon.com/Flair-16435-P...0IRUKIO8&psc=1
