Has anyone else had issues with the paint (coating) on the bathroom faucet just start to peel off in the channel the water flows through?

Several of us have replaced the bathroom waterfall faucet. In our case because of the mineral build up and water standing in the open “waterfall”; Others because of water spitting straight out after setting up due to air in the lines. Should be some threads about this in the Plumbing section. We needed adapters (Ace Hardware) for the hot & cold water lines due to our new faucet having different thread sizes.Doug & Barb
