Fresh water leak. 22mle

Folks, I have had horrible service from Grand Design on the phone. I waited 45 minutes and then went through my issue only to be disconnected. I have a severe leak at the hookup point of the fresh city water. I have replaced the screen, the washers and tried two different hoses. The leak appears to be inside or right behind the hookup. How to I replace the white receiver inside the storage area. No one seems to be able to help.

It may also be a loose fitting behind the panel. There is a cover on the side held on by a few screws.
