2670mk sink won't run

Fresh water tank full. Entire bathroom working fine. Water heater valves in normal position. Why wont my sink work? No shutoff valves near them. I've looked everywhere , chased the lines to the insulation on both ends.

Check the aerator screen in the faucet

As John mentions, the aerator screen is probably plugged. Just unscrew it to see if you can get flow. If not, then the handle may have malfunctioned.
